Puemape. Catching it twice while it is head high plus, is one thing. Catching it with just me and my friends out, is a whole different story. The first session we stayed out for 3 hours. It was fun, big, and kinda mind blowing.
Puemape is growing from the dusty ghost town I experienced on my first trip in 2005. There is the Puemape Lodge that you can stay at, and a restaurant. It also has some construction going on, so it is starting to grow. It is pretty close to surfing paradise in my mind. This year, it was big and fun, so I really got to experience it at some of it’s full potential. I cannot wait to get back.
