Once again the waves were on fire.   Not just for a few days, but the whole trip.   Head high + almost every session.   April really seems to be the best time to go.   I went for three weeks, surfing Lima and Northern Peru.    When I started planning this trip, it looked like I was going to be a solo mission.  If I had to go solo, I would have.  Luckily my brother joined me for a week when I was up north.  Our friend Bryan was also going to join us, but halfway down to Peru his plane had mechanical problems.  They had to turn back to the US, and after a while his flight was cancelled.    Having my brother along definitely made the trip.   He said a few things that kinda summed up the whole experience….”Best surf trip I have been on”  (He has been on many a surf trip), and “Not a lot of quantity, but a lot of quality.”   Thanks bro for making it.
