Nothing like lines pumping through one of the worlds great surf spots to get the blood boiling!!
Chicama 2010. When we pulled up, you could see the lines stacking on the horizon. It was our last day, and the surf gods were smiling on us. Every other time I had been to Chicama, it had been small but fun. This time we got to see the true magic of the place. Heavy offshore, with head high sets coming in. All of us were just stoked. I saw Justin catch this incredible wave. He started the trip with mac daddy wave, and ended the trip with a mac daddy. Best part was the crowd. There were us 6, maybe 6 other tourists, and 2 peruvians. With such a long point, the crowd did not even matter. Catch a wave, walk up the point, catch another one. A magical session to end a magical trip.
